The Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MassCPAs) announced that Molly (Griffiths) Maguire was elected to serve a third year on its 2025-2026 fiscal year, which began May 1.
Maguire, a Charlestown resident, is a HR talent leader at RSM US LLP’s Boston office, where she supports all aspects of HR management, including talent and performance management, career development, employee relations, compensation planning, reward/recognition and retention. RSM US LLP is the leading provider of audit, tax and consulting services to the middle market with over 20,000 professionals across the U.S. and Canada and a global presence in 123 countries.
MassCPAs Board of Directors is a group of 19 elected members that sets policies, manages programs and oversees activities that benefit the 11,500-member organization and accounting profession in Massachusetts.

Griffiths embarked on her professional journey in public accounting, honing her skills in RSM’s assurance practice, where she primarily catered to Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and commercial clients. Beyond her steadfast commitment to her role, she plays a proactive role in spearheading various human capital and strategic initiatives on a national scale, driving progress and nurturing development.
Her outstanding leadership qualities have earned her a pivotal position as a board member for RSM’s Boston Charitable Foundation and the “Harvard-Kent Partnership,” acknowledging her invaluable contributions to both organizations.
The Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, Inc. is the state’s professional association of certified public accountants, representing over 11,500 members in public accounting practice, industry and business, government and education.
