Liz and Jeff Elefante enjoy a picture perfect end to the day during the Charlestown YMCA’s Summer Splash event on the Courageous Sailing Pier last Thursday, July 27. The annual event helps to raise money for the Y in Charlestown, and highlights programming there as well.
