Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon

12/17/12 – As a result of a fight on Eighth Street, a victim was punched in the face and received a laceration from a pencil that the suspect was holding in his hand. The suspect was located at the scene and placed under arrest.

Warrant Arrest

12/18/12 – Officers on 13th Street placed and individual under arrest for a warrant of apprehension issued out of Charlestown Court.

Larceny in a Building

12/19/12 – A victim on Green Street reported at about 9 a.m., she left a package in the entryway of her apartment for pick up by UPS. Later that day, she noticed the package was gone, but had not been taken by UPS. She believes the package was stolen.

Disturbing the Peace

12/20/12 – As a result of a confrontation between a teacher and student on Walker Street, an individual was placed under arrest for disturbing the peace.

Breaking and Entering – Residence

12/23/12 – A victim on Tibbetts Town Way stated upon returning home, she observed the television on the first floor had been vandalized. The lock on the second floor bedroom was also damaged, and money was missing from the room. No signs of forced entry were found.
