The National Park Service offers a free concert every Thursday evening on the grounds of the Commandant’s House in the Navy Yard. The featured band was The Old North (above): Andrew O’Keeffe on guitar and vocals, Ray Cohen on drums, and Hayes Cummings on guitar.
Kimberly Onsager and Jose Agosto found a good spot on the grounds to relax and listen to the band.
