The CNC Development Committee will be hosting a meeting on a proposed redevelopment at 45 Vine Street (the former St. Catherine’s Church) on September 5, 2013, at 8:30 pm at the former St. Catherine’s Auditorium space. The developer is seeking zoning variances for: Insufficient off-Street Parking, a Change of Use to Concert Hall, a Change of Use for a Local Retail Business w/ Accessory Drive-Thru Retail, a Change of Use for offices, a Change of Use for Fitness Center, a Change of Use for Restaurant, and a Change of Use for Accessory Parking.
Residents of the community are encouraged to attend and ask questions or express any concerns regarding the proposed project.
