Irene Morey toasts 104 years during her annual birthday party at the Chart House downtown,.A lively group from Charlestown and the Navy Yard joined her on Leap Day, Feb. 29, to celebrate her 104th year which is actually only her 26th birthday taking into account the Leap Year factor.
