A Charlestown resident looked solemn while holding her candle at the CSAC and CHAD 7th Annual Candlelight Vigil on Saturday night. The vigil remembers those who lost their battle with drugs and alcohol. The vigil is especially important this year with the spike in opiate overdoses and deaths in the neighborhood and throughout the state. Those lost were remembered with the sounding of a bell, provided here by Steve MacDonald of the Boston Fire Department.
