Warrant Arrest

01/06/14 – Officers in the area of Walford Way placed an individual under arrest for an outstanding Cambridge Court warrant charging shoplifting.

Assault with a Dangerous Weapon-Knife

01/07/14 – Officers on Polk Street observed a disturbance between two groups of youths. Police spoke to one of the parties, who stated a Hispanic male had pulled a knife on him during the argument. Based on the information received, officers were able to locate the suspect, who was placed under arrest.

Larceny

01/07/14 – A Boston Water and Sewer Commission employee told police that a manhole cover on Medford Street was stolen.

Drugs

01/07/14 – As a result of a drug investigation in the area of Starr King Court, two individuals were placed under arrest for possession of a Class B drug with intent to distribute.

Drugs

01/07/14 – As a result of a drug investigation in the area of Decatur Street, two individuals were placed under arrest for possession of a Class B substance.

Drugs

01/08/14 – As a result of a drug investigation in the area of Bunker Hill Street, an individual was placed under arrest for possession of a Class B substance.

Assault and Battery on a Police Officer

01/09/14 – As a result of a fight between two groups on Medford Street, four individuals were placed under arrest and charged with trespassing and assault and battery on a police officer.

Robbery- Firearm

01/11/14 – A victim on Medford Street reported that he made arrangements to sell an individual a pair of jeans. When the victim met the individual on Medford Street, the would-be buyer was accompanied by another person, who displayed a silver handgun and demanded the jeans, as well as the victim’s sneakers. The victim complied. He then left the scene, went home and called 911.

The parties are known to each other, and the matter is under investigation
