Robbery – Unarmed

02/19/13 – A victim stated while she was walking down High Street at about 1p.m., two unknown white males approached her and asked for a cigarette.

While she was about to give them a cigarette, one of the males grabbed her bag, which contained her wallet. The suspects then fled towards the Bunker Hill housing development.

A witness ran to assist the victim after the suspects ran away.

Warrant Arrest

02/20/13 – Officers on McNulty Court placed an individual under arrest for an outstanding Suffolk Superior Court warrant charging armed robbery.

Breaking and Entering – Residence – No Force

02/21/13 – A victim on Brighton Street reported he left home at about 7 a.m., and when he returned home at 5 p.m., he observed the front door was ajar.

Upon entering his home, the victim observed numerous jewelry containers spread out across his bed. A grey lockbox and various pieces of jewelry were taken from the home.

Detectives are investigating the incident.

Robbery – Knife – Residence

02/21/13 – A victim reported while she was at a friend’s home on Dunstable Street, three suspects physically assaulted her. One suspect attempted to stab her with a pair of scissors before the victim fled and contacted police.

Officers responded to the scene and placed one suspect under arrest.

Breaking and Entering – Residence

02/23/13 – At about 9 a.m., officers responded to Bunker Hill Street for a breaking and entering in progress.

Upon arrival, police observed the rear door was smashed and secured the premises. Officers also located a rock used to smash the window.

Police contacted the homeowner, who stated she had been away for the week. A grey safe and numerous pieces of jewelry were taken from the home.

Evidence was taken from the home and will be processed by detectives.

Breaking and Entering – Non-Residence

02/24/13 – At about 11 a.m., officers responded to the Citizens Bank on Austin Street and spoke to the roofers, who were contracted to fix a leak.

One of the workers informed police when he peeled back a rubber liner, he saw a hole had been cut in the roof.  It was unknown at that time if entry to the building was gained. Detectives responded and will process the scene.
