Robbery – Knife
01/08/13 – Victims on Main Street reported while they were walking, two white males approached them and asked for drugs. Both suspects then brandished knives and removed a watch from one of the victims. Officers were able to locate all parties on Cambridge Street, where the suspects were positively identified and placed under arrest. A knife was recovered from each suspect.
Investigate Person
01/08/13 – As a result of a fight between two individuals on Polk Street, complaints will be sought against both parties in Charlestown Court.
Trespassing
01/10/13 – Officers on Walford Way placed an individual under arrest for violation of a no-trespass order.
Assault with a Dangerous Weapon – Gun on Police Officer
01/11/13 – At about 6:30 p.m., officers responded to Medford Street for a report of a person with a gun.
Upon arrival, police were informed as to what apartment the suspect was in. Officers were able to observe the suspect holding a female in the apartment and attempted to talk to the suspect, who then pointed a firearm in their direction and fired a round at police.
The perimeter was secured around the building, and numerous units were called in to assist. After a lengthy negotiation, the suspect agreed to unload the firearm and place it on the floor. The suspect then opened the door and was taken into custody
