Dana Kelly

Retired Pipefitters Union Official

Dana J. Kelly of North Billerica, formerly of Charlestown, died on March 17. He was 65 years old.

He was a retired 42 year member and Business Manager/Financial Secretary-Treasurer of the Pipefitters Association Local Union # 537,

The beloved husband of 41 years of the late Linda M. (Noone) Kelly; he was the devoted father of Brian P. Kelly and his wife, Wendy of Billerica, Kristin Ward and her husband, Kevin of No. Andover and David M. Kelly and his wife, Kristin of Billerica; loving Papa to Sean, Ryan and Meagan Kelly and Eryn Marie Ward; beloved brother of James Kelly of Duxbury, Candace McGrath and Lindsay Kelly, both of Florida and Kerry Kelly of Bradford. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral today, Thursday, at 9 a.m. from the Frank H. Carr Funeral Home, 220 Bunker Hill St,, Charlestown, followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Church, Charlestown at 10 a.m. Burial will be private. Francis Tucker

Formerly of Charlestown

Francis H. Tucker of Medford, formerly of Charlestown, died on March 11.

A US Navy veteran of World War II and Korea, he was the beloved husband of the late Marguerite (Mirabella); devoted father of Francis Tucker Jr. of San Diego, CA, Mary Raymond and her husband, John of Marlboro and Thomas Tucker of New York; loving grandfather of Nathan, Katie and Rachel Raymond of Marlboro; brother of the late Fred Peavy.

Francis ‘Frank’ Walsh

Formerly of Charlestown

Francis E. “Frank” Walsh of Wilmington, formerly of Charlestown, died suddenly on March 16. He was 81 years old.

A U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean Conflict, he was a retired member of M.B.T.A. Carmen’s Union Local #589.

He was the beloved husband of the late Barbara A. (Broussard) Walsh; devoted father of Richard F. Walsh and his wife, Catherine of Wilmington and the late Michael Walsh; loving Grampy to Katlyn Walsh and her fiancé, Kyle LePage and Erin and Patrick Walsh; beloved brother of Margaret “Peggy” Murray of Marshfield, Leo and John Walsh, both of Billerica, Joseph Walsh of Medford, Paul Walsh of Randolph and the late Robert “Bibsy” Walsh and the brother-in-law of Lorraine McGonagle of Sandwich.

Lorna A. (Titcomb) Cantrell of Billerica, formerly of Charlestown, died on March 11.

The wife of Ernest E. Cantrell, she was the mother of Shawn Cantrell and his wife, Ana of Dracut and Derek and his wife, April of Lowell; sister of Joseph Titcomb of Vermont, Albert Titcomb Jr. and Richard Titcomb of Charlestown, Margaret Venezia of New Hampshire and the late Patricia Celeste; grandmother of Ashley, Nicholas, Madeline and Christian Cantrell.

Anna Shea

Charlestown Resident

Anna C. (Budreau) Shea of Charlestown died on March 18. She was 91 years old.

She was the beloved wife of the late Albert P. Shea; devoted mother of Ann Griffin and her husband, William, Albert Shea and Carole Coleman and her husband, John, all of Charlestown; loving grandmother of seven grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and is also survived by three loving nieces.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours today, Thursday morning from 10:30 to 11:30 am. in the Frank H. Carr Funeral Home, 220 Bunker Hill St., Charlestown followed by her Funeral Mass in St. Francis De Sales Church at 12 noon. Burial will be at Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
