The Boston Planning Department will host a virtual public meeting to discuss the proposed 25 Supertest Street and Hood Green development project.
The 25 Supertest Street proposal is part of the ongoing Hood Park Master Plan in Charlestown. The proposed project aims to transform the site into a prominent mixed-use residential and hospitality destination. According to the development team, the project will feature a 130-key hotel, 108 multifamily residential units, and the development of the new Hood Green community open space.
Community feedback is a vital part of the Article 80 review process. Residents, business owners, and neighborhood stakeholders are highly encouraged to attend the virtual session to hear directly from the developers, ask questions, and voice their thoughts on the proposed neighborhood changes.
