Ryan Morrissey
A teenager shot in Charlestown last week has succumbed to his injuries, officials said.
At around 9:40 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 5, officers responded to the area of 274 Main St. for a report of a person shot. On arrival, police located the now-deceased 17-year-old victim, identified as Ryan Morrissey, and another 19-year-old male victim suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Both victims were rushed to Massachusetts General Hospital, and the 19-year-old is expected to recover, officials said.
