Drugs

06/17/13 – As a result of a drug investigation in the area of Medford Street, an individual was placed under arrest for possession of a Class B substance with intent to distribute.

Assault and Battery on a Disabled Person

06/18/13 – The victim, who is mentally incapacitated, told officers he was physically assault by a white male while on First Avenue in the Charlestown Navy Yard.

The victim stated he was punched in the face and pushed to the ground after an argument over shopping.

The suspect was located on Sixth Street and placed under arrest.

Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon

06/21/13 – A victim on 13th Street reported to police that the suspect boarded his boat and began to engage the occupants in an aggressive manner.

The victim requested the suspect leave, at which time the suspect flicked a lit cigarette at the victim, hitting him in the eye. A struggle ensued, during which both parties fell in the water.

The suspect was on scene and placed under arrest.

Open and Gross Lewdness

06/22/13 – At about 12:30 p.m., officers responded to Austin Street for a reported sex offense.

Upon arrival, officers observed a male sitting by the trees near the parking lot with his pants down around his ankles and his private parts exposed. The male matched the description given to officers by witnesses. Officers also observed fresh feces on the ground next to the suspect.

Officers placed the individual under arrest charging open and gross lewdness.

Drugs

06/22/13 – As a result of a drug investigation in the area of Thompson Square, three individuals will be summonsed to Charlestown Court for possession of a Class D substance with intent to distribute.
