Protective Custody

10/08/12 – As a result of a radio call for a disturbance on Union Street, an individual was taken into protective custody.

Violation of the Auto Laws

10/09/12 – As a result of a traffic stop on Corey Street, a suspect was placed under arrest for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Larceny in a Building

10/11/12 – A victim on Terminal Street reported that when he returned to his office, he found that his Canon PowerShot camera had been stolen. Surveillance video of the area is being reviewed.

Possession of Obscene Materials

10/12/12 – As a result of an investigation on Cook Street, an individual was placed under arrest for possession of obscene/pornographic materials.

Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon – Knife

10/14/12 – An officer on Cook Street reported that a victim approached him and stated that someone threw a black, steel folding-knife through the driver’s side window of his motor vehicle. A description of the suspect and the vehicle he left in were provided. Other officers stopped the vehicle a short distance away, and as a result of the subsequent investigation, an individual was placed under arrest for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (knife).

Larceny – Bicycle

10/14/12 – A victim on First Avenue reported that for the second time, her Schwinn bike was stolen from the garage of her building. Surveillance video is available and will be reviewed.
