Marjorie Ann Mellino

Of New Hampshire, formerly of Charlestown

Marjorie Ann (Langlois) Mellino of Salem, NH, died Friday at her home. She was 73 years old.

She was born in Cambridge, grew up and was educated in Charlestown and graduated from Charlestown High School. She was a resident of Salem for the past 10 years, formerly of Lake Havasu, AZ and Wilmington, MA.

She was a homemaker who loved to cook and shop, but most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family. She was the daughter of the late Arthur and Wilhelmina (Authier) Langlois. She was the wife of the late Joseph F. Mellino and sister of the late Thomas, Edmund, Joseph, Richard, George and Dolores. She is survived by her daughter Gail and her husband, Jack Williamson of Salem, NH; her sons: Richard “Rick” and his wife, Nancy Mellino of Newton, Derek and his wife, Gretchen Mellino of Tyngsboro; her siblings: Robert Langlois of Connecticut, Doug Langlois of North Carolina, Francis Langlois of Westford, Buddy Langlois of Manchester, NH, Jane Scala of New Jersey and Gail Dempsey Dinardo of Salem, NH; her grandchildren: Jacqueline, Jared, Rick Jr. and Gianna; step grandchildren: Melissa and David and great grandchildren: Anastasia and Anthony.

Patricia Celeste

Of Billerica, formerly of Charlestown

Patricia A. Celeste of Billerica, formerly of Stoneham and Charlestown, died on January 15.

The beloved wife of Richard Celeste, Sr. she was the devoted mother of Richard Celeste Jr. and his wife, Maureen of Hudson, NH and Annette Celeste and her husband, Anthony Menard of Lowell; sister of Joseph Titcomb of Vermont, Albert Titcomb of Somerville, Richard Titcomb of Charlestown, Margaret Venezia of Derry, NH and Lorna Cantrell of Billerica. She is also survived by four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Her Funeral will be held today,Thursday, from the Sweeney Memorial Funeral Home, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica at 8 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Theresa Church, Billerica at 9 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Donna Dias

Known for Baking and Cake Decorating

Donna M. (Connolly) Dias of East Boston died on January 12.

A former Administrative Assistant for Verizon, she was  known for her baking and cake decorating.

She was the devoted mother of Lisa Ciampa and her husband, Jay Selden of Peabody, Anthony Ciampa and his wife, Melissa of Beverly, Jose Dias of East Boston, and Jack Dias of Rhode Island; dear sister of her twin Diane Davis of South Caroline, Phyllis Maguire of Quincy, Patrick Connolly of Charlestown, Nancy Connolly of Malden, Maureen Connolly of Everett, and the late Joseph P. Connolly, Jr.; daughter of the late Joseph P., Sr. and Phyllis Ann (Gill) Connolly; former wife of Jose Dias of Somerville and cherished grandmother of Noelle, Michelle and Jaylei Selden, Angelina Ciampa, and Kylie Dias. She is also lovingly survived by her great-grandson Jayden, as well as many nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Mass was celebrated in St. Joseph’s Church, Malden. Expressions of sympathy in her name may be made to the American Cancer Society , 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA, 01701.
