Mayor Thomas Menino brought Santa Claus and The Macy’s Trolley to Charlestown on Sunday afternoon at Thompson Square.

Dancing Tree, Rudolph, The Red Nosed Rheindeer, and Frosty The Snowman entertained the crowd. Santa Claus greeted the children and passed out gifts. The Mayor lit the Tree at Thompson Square for The Holiday, with the help of The Boston Public Works Department.
