Paul F. Bassett of Lawrence, formerly of Charlestown, died on Jan. 27.
He was a US Marine Corps Vietnam veteran and a retired 45 year employee of Brockway-Smith Co., Andover.
He was the beloved husband of Roberta (Hoellrich) Bassett; devoted father of Paul F. Bassett Jr., Christine Ronca, Michael Bassett, Jennifer Coppolino, Michael Ouellette, and the late Daniel Bassett; grandfather of Joseph Ronca, Paul F. Bassett III, Alyssa Ronca, Emma Bassett, Gianna Bassett, and Jack Coppolino; brother of Rita and her husband, Albert Del Dotto, and Charles and his wife, Joyce Bassett, and is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Funeral arrangements were by the John H. Sawyer Funeral Home, Charlestown. Burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the charity of your choice.

Francis X. Norton of Charlestown died on Jan. 26.
A US Army veteran, he was the beloved husband of Cheryl M. Aucoin-Norton; devoted father of Mark Norton and his wife, Julie, of Melrose, Gregg Norton of Wilmington and the late Keith Norton; brother of Mary Carroll and her husband, Jack, of Danvers and the late Claire Healy; grandfather of Francis X. II, Patrick, Taylor and Anna Norton.

Agnes C. Griffin of Everett, formerly of Charlestown, died on Jan. 23.
She was the beloved daughter of the late Andrew and Bridget “Agnes” (Foley) Griffin; devoted cousin of John Griffin of Connecticut; loving friend of Claire Wagstaff of Everett, Dennis Costin of South Boston and the late Margaret Costin.

Peter W. “Pete” Demarkis of Woburn died Jan. 26.
He was the dear brother of Arthur Demarkis and the late Christopher, James, and George Demarkis; cherished uncle of Janice Barch of Andover, Linda Cailler of Tewksbury, Lillian Favreau of North Reading, Susan Seaver of Fort Myers, FL, Sandra Mawn of Chester Springs, PA, John Demarkis, William Demarkis, both of Methuen, Lisa Demarkis of Charlestown, and the late William Demarkis. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
His Funeral was held at the Annunciation of the Virgin Mary Greek Orthodox Church, Woburn. Burial was in Woodbrook Cemetery, Woburn. Relished Charlestown’s way of life
Lorena “Rena” Georgianna (Wood) DiFelice of Burlington and St. Pete Beach, FL, formerly of Charlestown and Cambridge, died on Jan. 25.
Born in Portland, Maine, she was one of 10 children born to the late Charles and Mildred Wood. She lived in Portland until she was 16 years old when her family moved to Massachusetts and she lived in Cambridge and Charlestown. She relished Charlestown’s way of life, but as her family was growing she and her husband, Andy, decided to move to the suburb of Burlington to raise their family.
She was the beloved wife of Cesideo “Andy”; loving mother of C. Andrew, Jr. and his wife, Marie, of Tewksbury, Charles W. and his wife, Denise, of Lehigh Acres, FL, Robert and his wife, Allison, of Tewksbury and Lorena “Renie” Morneweck and her husband, Richard, of Burlington; sister of Eleanor Applegate of Oregon, Linda Wells of Kentucky, Kay Speed of Florida, Shirley Walley of Florida, Phyllis Sakay of Maine and the late Brenda Rundatz, Mary Ellen Phillips, Mildred Ramond, and Charles Wood. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
