Arrest Report 10-27-2010

10/18/10 – Attempted Breaking and Entering

A victim on Corey Street reported, that while checking her daughters apartment, she noticed the cylinder lock was extremely loose as if it had been tampered with. No entry was made.

10/20/10 – Larceny

A victim on Henley Street reported that unknown person(s) removed a green Bumbleride baby stroller from his backyard.

10/20/10 – Assault & Battery, Dangerous Weapon

Officers on Medford Street spoke to a victim who stated that he had observed three males attempting to steal his mountain bike. When he confronted them they began to punch him and one of them hit him with an unknown object. The suspects then fled the scene. The bike was not taken.

10/21/10 – Trespassing

Officers on McNulty Court placed an individual under arrest for violation of a no trespass order.

10/23/10 – City Ordinance Violation

Officers responded to Terry Ring Way for a report of kids skateboarding. Officers were able to stop two of the offenders who were issued fines and summonsed to a violation of city ordinance hearing.

10/23/10 – Assault by Means of a Dangerous Weapun, Knife

As a result of a dispute on anMBTA bus in the Sullivan Square area a fight broke out during which a suspect punched a victim in the face then pulled out a knife and tried to stab him. The parties then fled the area. Officers were able to locate the suspect who was taken into custody.

10/18/10 – Attempted Breaking and Entering

A victim on Lawnwood Place reported to officers that someone might have attempted to enter her home through the basement door. Officers did observe the interior molding around the lock to be split. No entry was made.

10/25/10 – Drinking in Public

Officers in the area of Old Ironsides Way placed two individuals under arrest for drinking in public.
