Charlestown resident Jack Kelly III is nearing his goal of opening a cannabis shop in the neighborhood.
“The building in which we’re planning to open a shop was sold last week, so I’ll be meeting with the owner to start a good relationship with the goal of opening a shop and having a true partnership,” reported Kelly.
Kelly, who holds a cannabis retail distribution license, said he is seeking investors in his business.
