CHARLESTOWN & BEYOND
The next Charlestown & Beyond TV program on the Boston Neighborhood Network will appear on Thursday, July 5. It will open with a tribute to a 37th year-old Charlestown business that closed its doors on Main Street and end with a very special Paul Lane production on how Charlestown celebrates America’s Independence Day. In between I’ll be sharing with you some remarks I’ve received recently from some newer neighbors about today’s Charlestown and my thoughts on what makes a person a “Townie” including comments I’ve received from many of you on the subject. Smack in the middle of that will be an interview with my “Man on the Street” Sal Giarratani. I hope you’ll tune in.The show can be seen on BNN-TV channel 9, RCN channel 15 and Verizon channel 1961 and repeated on Thursday at 11:30 pm, Saturday at 9 am and Sunday at 5 pm.
