A Boston Harbor-based organization is looking for input on how Charlestown residents use water transportation and how they hope it can change in the future.
The study is part of an effort on behalf of federal and state agencies.
Boston Harbor Now is conducting the online survey and anyone can participate by visiting bostonharborsurvey.com and entering the code “harbor” on the front page. The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete.
“Boston Harbor Now is conducting a comprehensive study of water transportation in Boston Harbor,” read the survey letter. “We need to hear from people who live and work all around the Harbor to study the potential for future ferries. The results of this survey will inform the future of transportation throughout the Harbor.”
Residents are urged to share their travel preferences, and to encourage others to also fill out the survey.
