The Charlestown Neighbor-hood Council will be hosting a meeting on Wednesday, October 23rd at 7 pm at the Schrafft’s Cafeteria, for the purpose of hearing development plans and details for the Charlestown Armory Building, as presented by C-Town Ventures, the tentatively designated developer for the property.
The developer will make a presentation of the project specifics, including preliminary site plans, for review and comment. Abutters and neighbors are encouraged to attend and ask questions, provide feedback on the proposed design, and discuss concerns. This meeting is the first of several community development meetings in anticipation of a Zoning Board of Appeal hearing and Boston Redevelopment Authority Article 80 review process.
