The Mayor’s Office of Neighborhood Services has scheduled an abutters meeting regarding a proposal to erect a third floor addition to a one-family dwelling, extend the rear of the building and erect a head house at 22 Cedar Street; and a proposal to extend living space into the basement and attic, erect a roof deck on existing Ell, erect a new entrance for lower unit and renovate at 31 Mt. Vernon Street. This meeting will be held on Wednesday May 1 at 7:00 p.m. at 43 Monument Ave., Charlestown. This matter will go before the Zoning Board of Appeal on May 7.
