Christopher Bradshaw
Member of Boston Sparks Association and British Institute of Embalmers
Christopher C. Bradshaw, a Charlestown resident for more than 20 years, formerly of Cranston RI, died suddenly on March 5. He was 45 years old.
A member of the Boston Sparks Association and the British Institute of Embalmers, he was a graduate of the New England Institute of Applied Arts & Sciences. He worked for more than 20 years as one of the most skilled and caring Trade Embalmers and Registered Funeral Director and he was a late employee of The Dodge Company.
He was the beloved son of Robert G. “Bud” and his late wife, Ellen-Ann (Wayss) Bradshaw of Cranston, R.I. and the loving husband of Ruth (DeGeorge) Bradshaw to whom he was married for over 15 years; devoted brother of Roberta Zimmerly and her husband, Jim of Cranston R.I. and the awesome and cherished uncle of Christopher and Grace Zimmerly. He is also survived by aunts, uncle, and many cousins
His Funeral will be held from the Murphy & Turnbull Funeral Home, 322 Bunker Hill Street, Charlestown, MA 02129. Relatives and friends are invited. Visiting hours will be Sunday, March 19 from 2 to 7 p.m. A Memorial Mass will be held at a later date.
