Investigate Property

01/16/13 – A victim on Tufts Street reported when she returned home, she observed items there that did not belong to her. At that time, nothing appeared to be missing from the house. The victim believes employees of the management company might have entered her house without her permission.

Assault and Battery

01/16/13 – A victim on Alford Street reported while he was in traffic just before the Alford Street Bridge, the operator of a silver Ford attempted to make a U-turn, but was unsuccessful. The driver of the Ford then jumped out of his truck and punched the victim in the face. The suspect fled prior to the arrival of police.

Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon

01/16/13 – A victim reported while watching a Charlestown High basketball game on Medford Street, she observed people throwing snow around her car. When she told them to stop, one of the suspects struck her in the back of the head. The victim didn’t see the suspect, but video footage from the area will be reviewed.

Breaking and Entering – Residence – No Force

01/18/13 – A victim on Dunstable Street reported when she returned home, she found one of her cable boxes missing, as well as a box containing more than 300 DVDs. A check of the residence failed to reveal any signs of forced entry, although victim is unsure if the rear sliding door was open or not.

Drugs

01/19/13 – As a result of an ongoing drug investigation in the area of Monument Street, two individuals were placed under arrest for possession of a Class B substance with intent to distribute.
