05/03/11 – Larceny in a Building

A victim on Rutherford Avenue reports someone took a laptop computer from his desk. Video footage is available. Detectives will investigate.

05/03/11 – Violation of Auto Laws

As a result of a motor vehicle stop on Alford Street an individual was placed under arrest for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.

05/04/11 – Breaking and Entering, Residence

A victim on Chestnut Street reported to officers that, when she went to investigate a noise she heard downstairs in her home, she observed the side window that leads to her backyard open and two males wearing hoodies running away. The victim reported nothing missing at this time.

05/07/11 – Robbery, Unarmed

Officers spoke to a female who stated that, while walking on Main Street ,a white male wearing a black cap approached her, punched her several times in the face, and took her handbag. Suspect then fled the area.

05/08/11 – Assault and Battery, Knife

Victim on Maffa Way reports while waiting for a ride, a white  male and a black walked up to him. The white male asked him if he wanted to fight and then punched the victim in the face. During the altercation the victim sustained a cut to his right thumb.

05/03/11 – Injured Person

Officers from the Boston Police Harbor unit responded to the area of the Tobin Bridge for a possible jumper. Upon arrival they spoke to a lobster boat captain who stated he saw a splash in the water and upon investigating saw a person floating. Victim was unconscious when pulled from the water but later regained consciousness. The victim was transported to Chelsea Hospital.
