Bobby “Fitta” Fitzgerald of Winthrop, formerly of Charlestown, died suddenly on Dec. 11.
He was the husband of the late Grace A. (Mahoney).

Francis X. Maher Jr.
Retired Suffolk County Deputy Sheriff
Francis X. Maher Jr. of Marshfield, formerly of Charlestown, died on Dec. 5.
A Retired Deputy Sheriff in the Suffolk County Sheriff’s Department, he was the beloved husband of the late Debra (Kearns) Maher; devoted father of Courtney P. Knights and her husband, Mark, of Medford; brother of Jay Maher and his wife, Elaine, of Middleboro, Paul Maher of Charlestown and Gary Maher and his wife, Paula, of Milton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and his pet, Sydney.
Funeral arrangements were by the John H. Sawyer Funeral, Home, Charlestown. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to Mrs. Courtney Knights, c/o Sydney, 60 Morton Ave., Medford, Mass.

Timothy Emmett Donovan
Retired Court Officer and MDC Policeman
Timothy Emmett Donovan of Medford, formerly of Charlestown, died on Dec. 7. He was 78 years old.
A Disabled American veteran of the US Air Force, Korean War, he was an MDC Policeman, Suffolk Superior Court Officer and a member of the Charlestown School Boys Association.
He was the beloved husband of Margaret (McLaughlin); the father of Denise Schultz of Medford, Timothy E Donovan, Jr of Windham, NH, Christopher M. Donovan of Medford, Matthew J. Donovan of Charlestown and Patrice O’Connor of Ashburn, VA; grandfather “Pop” of Carolyn, Amanda, Michael, Robert, Amy, Katherine, Patrick, Emily, Lucy, Joseph and Aidan; brother of Michael A. Donovan of Charlestown and Ann Hand of Freedom, NH.

Jean Mary (Juliano) Bourbonais died suddenly on Nov. 14.
She is survived by her mother Fannie Juliano, daughters Brittany and Amanda, brothers John and his wife Debra Juliano, Joseph and his wife Olivia Juliano as well as many nieces, nephews and grand-nieces. Private services were held at Carr Funeral Home.
