Essem Art Studio Re-Opens for In-Person Summer Programs

After closing its studio doors to in-person events back in March 2020 and quickly pivoting to virtual programming, Essem Art Studio is reopening for in-person summer programs this coming June. Essem will be hosting weekly Art Labs for little artists ages 2-4.5 years old; and 3-day minicamps, for artists ages 5-10 years old. Minicamps run for ten consecutive weeks and families can opt in to one (or more) minicamps around their summer plans.

The first 3-Day Minicamps kicks off on June 22-24 with the theme, Sweet Treats. Each week will feature a fun and engaging theme like, All About Me, Butterfly Garden, Cityscapes, and Magical Creatures. The minicamps will run weekly from Tuesday through Thursday, from 9am – Noon. Artists, ages 5-10 years old, will explore different mediums and various processes to create fun arts and crafts within the weekly themes.

Chief JoyMaker, Sophia Moon says, “We are super excited to be back in person and can’t wait to [safely] create with our artist friends again.”

Essem Art Studio’s mission is to spark joy and to cultivate creative confidence through art explorations. To that end, Essem will also resume hosting adult art nights, private play dates, workshops, and private art parties.
