Two hockey stars with Charlestown ice in their veins will come back to the Town for a special pick-up game with the pros on Friday night, hosted by Bardown Strength and Conditioning.
Jimmy Vesey of the New York Rangers and Nolan Vesey of the Edmonton Oilers/University of Maine are headlining the event, with both having deep Townie roots and a hockey resume that goes as far back as Charlestown gym hockey.
Bardown, a gym sport training company, is owned by Michael Lacey – who also has Charlestown roots.
The fun summer street hockey event will take place at the Bryan McGonagle Street Hockey rink in Ryan Field on Friday, July 27, from 6-8 p.m.
