Digging Out

With nearly 15 inches of snow falling on Charlestown Tuesday, the Town came to a standstill for about 24 hours along with the rest of the city. On Wednesday morning, though, things were much different as residents emerged from their homes to shovel the walk and their parking spaces. Here, Arthur Massaro cleans the snow off his truck on Cordis Street before heading off to work.
