Charlestown Beat

Burglary

10/18/17 – A victim on Spice Street reported unknown person(s) cut the lock on his refrigerator trailer unit and stole various meat products. A surveillance video might have captured the incident, and detectives will investigate.

 

Burglary

10/20/17 – A victim on Monument Avenue reported unknown person(s) entered his home through an open window. It was unknown at that time if anything was taken.

Disturbing the Peace

10/20/17 – As a result of a radio call to Walford Way for a disturbance, an individual was placed under arrest for disturbing the peace.

Larceny

10/22/17 – A victim on Monument Square reported he was distracted by a white male with blue eyes when another male bumped him from behind and removed his wallet from his back pocket.

 

Assault and Battery

10/22/17 – A victim on Tufts Street stated while taking out the trash, a car (no description given) drove by, and at the same time, he was struck several times in the back with a hard object that was later found to possibly be paint balls. The incident is under investigation.
