Local Players to Take Part in Dunkin’ Donuts Skills Competition

The Boston Cannons announced the finalist in the Dunkin’ Donuts Skills Competition which will be decided before the team’s final home game on August 6 at Harvard Stadium. The Cannons and Dunkin’ Donuts hosted Skills Competitions in communities throughout the region to determine the finalists. In the competition, kids age-14 and under compete in three different lacrosse skills challenges against peers in their age group.

The finalists will compete on the Harvard Stadium field from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and winners will be recognized during an awards ceremony during the Cannons game against the Florida Launch. Along with on-field recognition, winners in each age group will receive two 2017 Boston Cannons Silver Season Ticket Memberships, a custom Cannons jersey, and a pair of Boston Red Sox Tickets in the Dunkin’ Dugout.

The Boston Cannons are one of the founding franchises of Major League Lacrosse, the premier professional outdoor lacrosse league.
