Charlestown residents will not be left out of the party as all hallows’ evening is fast approaching. And one of the most fun events as the pictures below and to the right show is The Charlestown Mothers’ Association Annual Children’s Costume Parade. This event will be held on Wednesday, October 31 starting at 5:30 p.m. The parade will start at the front of the Monument proceed to the Training Field and along Monument Ave. For more information on this event for children of all ages please call 617-791-5663.
