Larceny – Bicycle

09/17/12 – A victim reported that he locked his gold Mongoose mountain bike on First Avenue, and when he returned the next day, the bike was gone.

Trespassing

09/18/12 – Officers on Bunker Hill Street placed an individual under arrest for violation of a no trespass order.

Violation of The Auto Laws

09/20/12 – As a result of a traffic stop on Chelsea and Vine streets, an individual was placed under arrest for operating a motor vehicle after suspension/revocation.

Warrant Arrest

09/21/12 – Officers from the Boston Police Fugitive Unit while working in the area of Medford Street placed an individual under arrest for an outstanding New Hampshire Court violation of parole warrant.

Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon

09/21/12 – A parking enforcement officer stated while walking down Eighth Street, a vehicle drove by slowly and the driver threw an eardrop bottle out the window, striking the victim in the face. The vehicle then fled the area, but not before the license plate was obtained. Detectives are investigating.

Breaking and Entering – Non-Residence

09/22/12 – At about 2 a.m., officers responded to an audible alarm on Main Street, where they observed a front-door window was smashed. The building was secured, pending notification of the owner. It was unknown at that time whether anything was taken.

Operating Under the Influence

09/23/12 – As a result of a traffic accident on Ferrin Street, an individual was placed under arrest for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
