Violation of the Auto Laws

08/07/12 – As a result of a traffic stop on Parker Street, an individual was placed under arrest for operating a motor vehicle without a valid drivers license.

Violation of the Auto Laws

08/08/12 – As a result of a traffic stop on Rutherford Avenue, an individual was placed under arrest for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Larceny

08/09/12 – A victim on Mystic Street reported that sometime between 9 p.m. on Aug. 8 and 5 a.m. on Aug. 9, someone stole his potted plants from the front porch of his home.

Trespassing

08/11/12 – Officers in the area of Carney Court placed an individual under arrest for violation of a no-trespass order.

Assault and Battery

08/11/12 – A victim in Sullivan Square reported that as a result of a motor vehicle accident, there was a confrontation with the operator of one of the vehicles during which the victim received an injury to her foot. The matter is under investigation.

Larceny

08/11/12 – A victim on Constitution Road reported sometime between 6 p.m. on Aug. 10 and 8 a.m. on Aug. 11, someone stole her kayak, which was tied to a boat in the marina.

08/12/12 – A victim reported while in the Dunkin’ Donuts on Cambridge Street, someone removed her wallet from her purse, which had been left unattended on a chair. Video surveillance is being reviewed.
