Mary Cushman
Lifelong Charlestown Resident
Mary L. (Carr) Cushman, a lifelong resident of Charlestown, died on March 6 surrounded by her family. She was 94 years old.
She was the beloved wife of the late Francis A. Cushman; loving mother of Ellen L. and her husband, Patrick E. Burke of Woburn, William J. Cushman and his wife, Joyce of Florida and the late James J., Daniel A., Francis A. Jr. and George A. Cushman; sister of the late James, Francis, Daniel and John Carr and is also survived by many nieces and nephews, 20 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
Funeral arrangements were by the Murphy & Turnbull Funeral Home, Charlestown. Burial was in Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden. Louis Bianchi
Co-Owner of House of Bianchi, Bridal Wear
Louis V. Bianchi of Reading died peacefully surrounded by his loving family on March 5. He was 85 years old.
He was the founder and former co-owner of House of Bianchi of Boston Bridal Wear and a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II.
Born in Medford to the late Salvatore and Columba Bianchi of Italy, he was the devoted husband of Ann Bianchi (Borriello); loving father of Steven Bianchi and his wife, Michelle of Millis, Brian Bianchi of Charlestown, and Lisa Bianchi of Reading; brother of Ralph Bianchi and his wife, Irma of New Hampshire, the late Phyllis Lange (Bianchi) and Guy Bianchi and the proud grandfather of Tara, Robin, Kristin, and Brian Joseph.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Middlesex East, Visiting Nurse Hospice, 607 North Ave #17, Wakefield, MA 01880.

Mary E. (Carr) Simeone of Weston and Stuart, Fla., formerly of Needham and Charlestown, died on March 4. She was 88 years old.
A graduate of Regis College, Class of 1945, she was a member of The American Airlines Kiwi Club and The Charles River Country Club
She was the beloved wife of 54 years of Salvatore B. “Chub” Simeone; devoted mother of Frances Simeone, Ann Pace and her husband, Alfred, Lisa Ewanouski and her husband, Robert and Michele Abrect and her husband, Cliff; loving grandmother of Zach, Mary Elizabeth, Francesca, Lichele, Ford, Bianca, Tripp, Lexi, Noah, Isabella, Declan, Charlie, Severino, Charlotte, Sonny, Stella Rose, Quinton, Michele, Rocco and Gus; beloved sister of Philip X. Carr Sr. and the late Anne L. Donahue, William J. Carr, Frank H. Carr Jr., John Keville Carr, Joseph A. Carr, Robert D. Carr and Thomas G. Carr. Funeral arrangements were by the George F.
