09/29/10 – Trespassing

Officers on Carney Court placed an individual under arrest for violation of a no trespass order.

09/30/10 – Open and Gross Lewdness

A victim on Medford Street informed officers, that while walking home with her 14-year-old daughter, she observed a heavy-set black male wearing a black t-shirt and green shorts masturbating in front of 2 Medford St. The victim further stated that even though the suspect saw them it did not deter his actions. A search of area for suspect was made to no avail.

09/30/10 – Investigate Person

A victim on Elm Street reported that when she returned home she observed a white male wearing a white cap and dark windbreaker inside her enclosed porch area. The victim was concerned because the day before she observed the same male hanging around and crouching in and around cars on the street. A search of the area was conducted but the suspect was unable to be found

10/01/10 – Unarmed Robbery

A victim on Main Street informed officers that, after leaving an A.T.M., he was approached by a black male who demanded his money. The suspect initially refused until the suspect stated, “Don’t make me go for it.” At this point the victim turned over his cash. The suspect then fled in a maroon dodge magnum.

10/01/10 – Assault By Means of a Dangerous Weapon, Knife

A victim on Brighton Street stated to officers that a male she encountered about four months ago approached her by her home. An argument ensued during which he slapped the victim across the face and threw a knife at her. The knife landed at her feet. The suspect then fled down Brighton Street. This matter is under investigation.
